A comprehensive assessment and treatment approximately seventy-five minutes in length.

Follow-up Physical Therapy / Treatment: $130
A 60-minute treatment with specialized and specific programming just for you.
The following are some specialized treatments you may encounter during your session:

Myofascial Release - a gentle, pain-free release of the fascial system.

Rehab Pilates - work both on the mat and the reformer.

Craniosacral Release- great for TMJ, chronic headaches and migraines, jaw pain.

Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) - breaks up scar tissue and brings healthy blood flow to a specific area.
